Resiliency

1iriscohen

Fall seven times, stand up eight. This well know Japanese phrase illustrates what resiliency means.

Its about not giving up and accepting the obstacles that may arise in the pursuit of success.

Many phrases in various language send us the same message in different ways . For example, 'Rome was not built in one day'.

The idea is to keep in mind that when you catch yourself facing hardships again and again, treat them as learning lessons and keep marching on; each time you do so, you will grow a little bit stronger and wiser, and more prepared to face the next challenge that life throws at you.
